Odd Find

I”m always looking for places and things to photograph. I often go out just to see what I can see, always ready with camera in hand.
I found a little park that I never knew was there, and had to check it out. I thought this was an odd thing to find. That tree really must like that wagon. I mean to chain it to it’s self, wow! that’s borderline obsessive.
